Early career preparation for students, age 14-22 years old, who are customers of Texas Workforce Solutions–Vocational Rehabilitation Services.  Pre‑ETS builds foundational skills through job exploration, workplace readiness training, counseling on postsecondary options, and opportunities for work‑based learning.

Hands-on guidance designed to help job seekers grow confidently in real work settings. Our support includes job coaching, structured job shadowing to explore roles and learn through observation, and employer training to strengthen inclusive practices. 

Support for completing job applications, building polished resumes and cover letters, and navigating job boards with confidence. We help job seekers practice clear communication, strengthen professional materials, and prepare for interviews using strengths‑based coaching and real‑world scenarios.

Training focused on building the practical, everyday skills needed to succeed at work. We help job seekers strengthen communication, time management, problem‑solving, professionalism, and independent task completion so they can confidently navigate workplace expectations and routines.

​Collaborative relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations to expand inclusive employment opportunities. We work directly with employers to strengthen supportive practices and connect job seekers with meaningful, community‑based pathways into the workforce.
